RV Tech Support
If you opted into RV Tech Support for your trip, you will receive a postcard from me with instructions. That aside, here’s how to connect with our support team:
- Text: 802-393-8324
- Include: Your reservation number, a brief description of the issue, and a callback number.
- Response Window: Our RV Tech Support will respond within one hour (9AM–9PM EST). Messages received outside these hours will be returned the following day.
- Repairs: If a repair is needed, the RV Tech will coordinate with local RV technicians (subject to my approval).
RV Welcome Guides
For each RV in our fleet, we’ve compiled two helpful “Guides” (one text based and one digital) with everything you need to enjoy your rental. The digital guides include both text and videos that jointly address how to operate each of the RVs systems. The text based guides include basic operational instructions and safety tips. We include a laminated copy of the text based guide with your rental, but you are welcome to download the guide for your own convenience as well. We want you to have a wonderful trip with your RV and taking some time to review it’s operation will go a long way to ensuring your trip is as smooth as possible.
